The Growth Plan

JHS aspires to sow the seed of corporate dental care services in the country with an aim of participating in the multifaceted service verticals of this high potential dental care sector, which is poised for significant growth in the coming years. JHS will realize this dream through a well-crafted phase wise growth & expansion program under the guidance of the best & the most experienced heads in this sector at present.     
 
The initial diversification plan will focus on establishing the flagship dental clinics in three types of dental care service mix  a) the high end T32 PLATINUM Clinic b) the classic T32 GOLD Clinic  & c) The in-the-hospital T32 Hospital Clinic

The second phase will focus on replicating & expanding the network of all the three types of clinics across the country.

Taking full benefit of the established network of dental chain pan India, the third phase of growth will focus on the launch of dental insurance & other dental care service verticals

JHS is committed to initiate focused image building of “JHS dental care” as a brand , which will involve large scale corporate marketing and media based advertisement, to such an extent that has not been tried by anybody else in this sector in the country so far. The brand building effort will be gradually & effectively supported by the chain of centers across Delhi & other part of the country.
